Spanish Club
Who Are We?
We are Kings Hill School Spanish Club and we gather every Friday to learn about Spanish and Hispanic culture. We decide the topics that we would like to learn about and we have decided on food as our first theme. We are going to learn through games, songs and speaking and listening. Our two Year 5 Language Ambassadors come along and help us too as they have also learnt Spanish in the past.
¡Vamos a pasarlo guay!
How We Make A Difference...
We like to build on our language knowledge from learning and French and open our minds to other cultures and language communities. It will help us communicate with Spanish-speakers in our community and with people on holiday. We are also going to enter competitions and try and connect with a school in Spain.

Friday 26 November 2021 Spanish Club Update Spanish club has begun on Friday lunchtimes and is proving to be a lot of fun. As many pupils did the club when they were in KS1, we have quickly revised greetings and numbers and the children have been amazed to see how much they have remembered. The children have decided that they would like to learn about food and different foods around Spain, so that is going to be our next topic. We might even do some food testing! We can also be spotted around school as all club members have a special Spanish badge and we are also helped by our language ambassadors, Tyler and Samantha in Year 5.
